Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned projects as project manager/program manager across feasibility, design, issue-for-bid, construction, start-up, and commissioning.
  • •Own internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management, including significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned projects.
  • •Facilitate project planning and kickoff meetings to align stakeholders and drive deliverables through key design milestones (30%, 60%, 100%).
  • •Lead matrixed design teams and coordinate internal/external consultants and subcontractors to meet client satisfaction.
  • •Support proposal capture and business development by identifying opportunities, determining fees, writing proposals, preparing client presentations, and leading contract negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related degree, with 6 years of relevant project management experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Project management experience directly related to power generation projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering complex engineering projects and/or programs.
  • •Manage large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Preferred: PMP, Professional Engineering licensure (PE), and nuclear project experience.
