  • •Improve equipment, tools, technologies, and other factors impacting production capability and capacity.
  • •Support ISO and company standard practices through QMS and BOS via Leader Standard Work.
  • •Provide training in problem-solving methods, DoE, FMEA, and control plans.
  • •Supervise non-conformance reviews, coordinate rework while minimizing cost, and support tooling activities and customer requirements (e.g., FMEA, flow charting, problem-solving).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.

  • •Experience with engineering systems including CAD, PLM, and MES, and participation in design reviews, validation, and qualification.
  • •Knowledge of lean principles and techniques such as Visual Management, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, and Kanban.
