Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate workers performing maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and outlet equipment to ensure safe continuity of operations.
  • •Manage breakdowns and ensure adherence to defined safety and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate planned preventive maintenance tasks, execute planned maintenance for outlets equipment, and drive corrective action for equipment deficiencies.
  • •Inspect machinery regularly for safety issues and implement safety systems and safe practices within the team.
  • •Maintain accurate inventories of tools, supplies, and parts; ensure cleanliness and organized storage areas; execute maintenance planning to prevent downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
  • •Knowledge of maintenance procedures across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.
  • •Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • •Proven ability to lead and supervise maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and ensure safe, accurate delivery.
