Key Responsibilities

  • •Decipher complex software systems to architect resilient, scalable applications and intelligent AI-driven automation strategies.
  • •Design and develop reusable AI-enhanced automated test frameworks for CI/CD and predictive regression testing.
  • •Deliver AI-assisted root-cause analysis and predictive issue resolution to stop bugs before production.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to modernize the SDLC by embedding intelligent automation and AI-driven acceptance workflows in Agile development.
  • •Co-engineer with developers to build in-house automation tools, enhance code testability, and integrate AI coding assistants into daily workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Experience developing and executing software test plans.
  • •Experience analyzing and writing test standards and procedures, and maintaining documentation of test results.
  • •Experience analyzing test results and recommending corrective action, including applying testing best practices to non-functional requirements.
  • •Technical leadership experience mentoring and guiding junior testers and leading architecture/automation/AI strategies.
