Lead the Data Products & Insights group, setting strategy across data foundations, analytics, and GenAI while managing 1–2 product managers. Key Responsibilities

•Set the strategy for Data Products & Insights across data foundations, analytics, and GenAI.
•Manage 1–2 product managers, coaching them and supporting their route to impact.
•Represent the group’s work to leadership and partner teams, bringing company context back to the team.
•Build hands-on shared foundations for experimentation and production use, including retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails.
•Define evaluation measures for AI outputs and help ensure regulation is embedded into the product lifecycle, while staying accountable for delivery (e.g., data lake migration).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience shipping Data or AI products with measurable customer outcomes, ideally including a data platform implementation or migration.
•A technical foundation in data engineering/data platforms or ML/AI systems, with working SQL and depth to discuss architectures with engineers.
•Experience managing or mentoring product managers while staying close to product work yourself.
•Working knowledge of LLM application patterns (e.g., retrieval and agents) and what it takes to run them reliably in production.
•Comfort working in a regulated environment alongside legal and compliance teams.
