Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall financial leadership, governance, and strategic direction for the organization’s diversified real estate portfolio.
  • •Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, and support executive evaluation of investments and development opportunities.
  • •Oversee development and asset finance, including project budgets, cash flows, escrow accounts, and contractor/consultant payment processes.
  • •Manage treasury and funding, including liquidity planning, banking relationships, and negotiations for project finance and refinancing.
  • •Lead audits, statutory reporting, and internal control frameworks to strengthen financial policies, systems, and controls; mentor and develop the finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA) preferred.
  • •15+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in real estate development and asset management.
  • •Strong development finance experience, including project cash flows, escrow structures, and contractor payment processes.
  • •Strong financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and investment evaluation skills.
  • •Experience across development and operational real estate portfolios, including leasing, property management, and retail assets.
