Key Responsibilities

•Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end and be the escalation point when issues arise.
•Grow the revenue line measured by top-line results, executing without being managed.
•Tune internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS (often hourly) using Hex/SQL notebooks, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Freecash AI.
•Develop proactive account instincts by spotting issues early and pushing budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests.
•Bridge commercial and technical teams by debugging flagged partner issues with engineering and communicating clearly back to partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 45,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Have some professional experience and the ability to figure things out independently while owning outcomes.
•Be able to open dashboards, spot what’s off, and communicate insights by telling the story behind the data.
•Be bilingual in the best sense—comfortable discussing commercial topics with advertisers and technical topics with algorithm teams.
•Have exposure to performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, or ARPU (or be willing to ramp quickly).
•Have experience managing advertiser/partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA, and/or familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, and Hex.
