Job Summary

Drive and improve blending production processes at a Pernod Ricard/Absolut facility in Åhus. Lead and execute process and plant projects end-to-end, from studies and engineering to implementation, while optimizing Cleaning in Place (CIP), minimizing waste, and improving process performance. Provide technical troubleshooting and analysis using A3, update P&ID and classification documentation for Ex environments, and ensure safety, food safety, and compliance across energy, environment, and operational excellence work.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver process and plant projects according to the company project model, including studies, engineering, and implementation.
•Identify and execute improvement initiatives across production, energy, and process economics to optimize performance and minimize waste.
•Support production with technical analysis, troubleshooting, and investigations using the A3 method.
•Perform follow-up and measurements as part of pre-studies, and oversee ongoing inspection of pressure equipment.
•Ensure safety and compliance, including food safety, risk/safety work, documentation updates (P&ID and classification), and act as contact for machine safety/flammable goods responsibility.

•Engineering degree at university level in process, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
•Experience from operations or production (drift eller produktion).
•Ability to perform calculations and simulations in a computer environment.
