Job Summary

Serve as an application developer within the IT Gas and CO2 systems team, collaborating with developers and project leads to convert business specifications into functional and technical documentation. Build, support, and integrate applications using the Kinder Morgan developer framework, enhancing existing solutions and developing new user-facing features. Work across the project lifecycle (design through implementation), following both Waterfall and Agile practices while troubleshooting and improving system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Convert business specifications into functional and technical specification documents.
•Collaborate with IT and business customers to design and develop solutions, tools, scripts, and applications.

•Adhere to Waterfall and Agile software development life cycle and project management principles.
•Evaluate improvements, analyze/document technical capabilities and requirements, and troubleshoot/debug application code.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or a similar discipline is preferred.
•At least 3+ years of experience using Microsoft technologies in an application development environment.
•Extensive experience using T-SQL to write and maintain complex business solutions.
•Proficiency in the .NET application model, including fluency in C# / VB.NET / ASP.NET / MVC and SQL Server data management.
•3+ years designing, developing, and implementing C# .NET and SQL Server-based solutions, tools, and applications.
