Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a diverse team of technicians to ensure zero unplanned interruption in services to employees and customers
  • •Manage scheduling, forecasting, career development, and reliability controls; plan and resource projects based on operational manifest needs
  • •Review work instructions and executed work to improve overall process and individual execution
  • •Oversee contractors for facilities infrastructure maintenance, ensuring vendors meet corporate standards and deliver promised services and materials
  • •Oversee preventative maintenance across all sites, manage priorities for repairs/replacements, track KPIs, and provide 24/7 on-call troubleshooting and emergency repairs

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience in construction, facility maintenance, or HVAC systems and controls
