Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle incoming calls, answer emails, and identify/evaluate customer needs to deliver satisfaction
  • •Purchase stock and manage general operations in the POS while communicating with colleagues
  • •Pick, pack, and receive goods as part of day-to-day warehouse operations
  • •Perform cycle counts and manage shipping and processing goods in
  • •Provide customers with updates and go the extra mile to engage them
