Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the wafer fabrication process by responding to in-line issues and dispositions of production wafers.
  • •Qualify wafer fabrication processes on new tools and coordinate scheduling of process qualifications and equipment downtime.
  • •Analyze software data to identify trends, make processing decisions, and adjust parameters when they are exceeded.
  • •Execute in-line changes (CPM) and monitor process parameters after equipment maintenance.
  • •Continuously revise SOPs and develop improved processes to increase capability; communicate technical information via presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or Computer Science.
  • •Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • •Willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
  • •Experience with scripting in Python, VBA, or equivalent; plus statistical methods and data analysis tools.
  • •Understanding of Lean/TPS/5S principles and structure problem solving (e.g., 8D, 7-step) and change point management.
