Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategically plan, design, administer, implement, and coordinate site HR functions in alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • •Serve as the site lead business partner to plant leadership, advising on HR matters and guiding the organization based on business needs.
  • •Drive plant culture and employee engagement initiatives, executing EBS roadmap, global/directive programs, and HR strategic focus.
  • •Coordinate performance appraisal and leadership organizational review/succession planning to ensure talent continuity and development.
  • •Oversee hiring, staffing guidance, local and corporate HR policy administration, and affirmative action plan/OFCCP audit support; prepare required employment reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience with increasing responsibility in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of HRMS and other HRIS tools/software programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR theory, policies, and practices (wage/salary administration, employee relations, OSHA, FMLA, benefits administration).
  • •Experience developing and executing a talent strategy, including recruiting for professional and production roles.
