Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the project lifecycle from development through launch to achieve business case financials for NPI/STP and/or VAVE projects.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to drive accountability and performance for commercial, technical, and manufacturing readiness at start of production.
  • •Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans to deliver on scope, schedule, and financial commitments.
  • •Influence and align baseline business case expectations with stakeholders across scope, benefits, cost, assumptions, risks/opportunities, and milestones.
  • •Establish effective stakeholder communications and lead project/program reviews to enable robust decision making and risk mitigation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 6 years of Program Management (or a combination of Program Management with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing/SCM, or Product Development).
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and leading projects.
  • •PMP Certification from Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Southfield, MI, Marshall, MI, or Galesburg, MI will be considered; no relocation benefit is being offered.
