Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of technicians to produce UAS through factory acceptance while reporting to the Production Manager.
  • •Perform higher-level hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair during manufacturing operations.
  • •Use hand tools, assembly tooling, and manufacturing equipment; interpret technical documentation and build instructions.
  • •Ensure operators follow safety procedures and standard work; audit work area safety and improve efficiency.
  • •Complete daily transactions in computer production systems (MES, NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau) and provide weekly report-outs on progress, blockers, risks, and needs.

Salary: USD 33 - 43 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields.
  • •Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience working with ERP and MES systems including NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, and Tableau.
  • •Full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs).
  • •Must be a U.S. Person to access export controlled data; must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
