Key Responsibilities

•Self-source SBA loan origination with emphasis on client contact, origination, and analysis.
•Review financial statements and supporting documents, structure SBA loan proposals, and complete initial analysis to prepare credit packages.
•Market a full range of banking services to SBA loan-eligible businesses.
•Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, agency guidelines, and organization policies.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience.
•SBA loan originating experience and familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills (face-to-face and phone) with professional grammar and demeanor.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
