Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direction and support to reports and foster effective working relationships with employees.
  • •Develop and achieve targets in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement.
  • •Supervise and provide leadership across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement, including abnormality response under the Canfor Operating System.
  • •Develop, follow, and manage the preventative maintenance program and ensure cost targets are met within budget.
  • •Coordinate planned work of crews and create daily and weekly preventive maintenance work lists to meet maintenance and production targets and quality standards.

Salary: CAD 92,000 - 131,500 annually
