•Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on quality, consistency, and candidate experience.

•Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and continuous market mapping.
•Use recruitment data, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
•Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction campaigns while collaborating with the European TA team to harmonize processes.

•Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
