Manager, Sales Enablement - Learning Design

Lead Learning Experience Design (LXD) and content development for the Sales Enablement team, setting the strategy and quality bar for learning experiences and sales content. You’ll build and grow instructional design and content development talent, partner with sales leadership and subject matter experts to translate skill gaps into structured curricula, and establish standards and best practices. Measure learning impact with data, iterate from field feedback, and manage high-priority intake across multiple concurrent projects.
