Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and grow a team of Learning Experience Designers and Content Developers with clear goals and development plans.
  • •Develop end-to-end execution plans for learning experiences and sales content, ensuring scalability and measurable business outcomes.
  • •Partner with sales leadership, enablement peers, and subject matter experts to translate skill gaps into structured curricula and content.
  • •Establish instructional design and content development standards and best practices, including learning technology use.
  • •Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of learning and content requests while measuring effectiveness and iterating based on data and field feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or sales enablement.
  • •3+ years managing an L&D or instructional design team, ideally supporting sales or customer-facing enablement.
  • •Proven experience building scalable learning programs and content for a sales or customer-facing organization.
  • •Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, and developing individual contributors.
  • •Direct experience with Articulate, Absorb (LMS), Showpad (CMS), Jira, Claude (AI-assisted content development), and knowledge management systems (KMS).
