Key Responsibilities

  • •Define end-to-end requirements for AI capabilities, from model behavior to user experience.
  • •Translate evaluation results and technical constraints into product and system decisions.
  • •Make trade-offs across quality, latency, cost, reliability, safety, and UX.
  • •Develop and evolve evaluation frameworks using offline metrics, online experiments, and human feedback.
  • •Ensure predictable AI behavior by identifying failure modes and driving product quality end-to-end.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong computer science fundamentals and system design skills.
  • •Solid understanding of how modern ML/AI behaves in production systems.
  • •Hands-on experience owning complex technical products end-to-end.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI-powered, particularly LLM-based, systems and iteration.
  • •Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, measurable requirements and executable plans.
