Key Responsibilities

•AI Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI services (e.g., Azure AI Foundry) for enterprise-scale deployments.
•Generative AI and LLM Development: Fine-tune, deploy, and manage LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o, GPT-3.5) for business-specific use cases, including text generation, summarization, and intelligent automation.
•Agentic AI and Workflow Orchestration: Create and orchestrate complex AI workflows using Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Autogen, CrewAI, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel) and tools like Azure Functions and Logic Apps for autonomous task execution and decision-making.
•Conversational AI and Integration: Build and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service, ensuring seamless integration with platforms like Microsoft Teams and enterprise systems.
•Low-Code/No-Code Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) to enable rapid, low-code application development and embed AI into business workflows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
•4–7 years of experience in AI/ML development, specifically with enterprise-grade solutions.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Ecosystem, Programming & Frameworks, Generative AI & LLMs, AI Orchestration, Data & Integration.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
