Key Responsibilities

•Support the day-to-day execution of earned media programs for health and wellness clients, with a focus on pharmaceutical accounts.
•Assist with media relations activities including media list development, reporter research, pitching, follow-ups, and coverage tracking.
•Draft, edit, and proofread earned media materials such as press releases, media pitches, backgrounders, fact sheets, Q&As, briefing documents, and spokesperson prep.
•Monitor news, industry trends, competitor activity, and reporter coverage to identify proactive story opportunities and media insights.
•Support MLR review processes in compliance with FDA and client requirements, and help prepare materials for press briefings, interviews, and media events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35,000 - 75,000

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or communications.
•A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field (preferred).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to draft media materials, pitches, briefing documents, and client communications.
•Interest or experience in health, wellness, pharmaceutical, or life sciences communications.
•Familiarity with healthcare regulations, FDA guidelines, or MLR review processes is a plus.
