Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform industrial refrigeration maintenance tasks across cold/wet and hot/wet department areas.
  • •Use SCBA equipment while completing assigned duties, including work requiring proper fit and pulmonary function testing/recertification.
  • •Complete required computer-based training and record work in the SAP system.
  • •Work the assigned 1st-shift schedule, including required overtime and weekend coverage.
  • •Serve as a member of the Plant Hazmat Team and perform other assigned duties by management.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 months of industrial refrigeration experience, or be a recent graduate from an accredited industrial refrigeration school.
  • •Must be willing to work overtime and weekends, with a 6-day work schedule and up to 7 days if production works on Saturday.
  • •Ability to push, pull, or lift over 40 lbs and climb ladders above 10 feet, and to stand approximately 8.5 hours/day on concrete.
  • •Must be able to complete computer-based training and enter work into the SAP system.
  • •Must be a member of the Plant Hazmat Team and be able to use SCBA equipment (including being clean shaven for a proper SCBA fit) and complete required pulmonary testing/recertification.
