Key Responsibilities

•Support refrigeration maintenance tech positions at the Albertville plant.
•Work a schedule of 6 days per week (and 7 days if production works on Saturday), including overtime and weekends.
•Perform physically demanding tasks including pushing, pulling, or lifting over 40 lbs and climbing ladders above 10 feet.
•Complete computer-based training and enter maintenance work into the SAP system.
•Use SCBA equipment as required and perform other duties assigned by management, including hazmat team participation.

Key Requirements

•At least 6 months of industrial refrigeration experience, or be a recent graduate from an accredited school for industrial refrigeration.

•Be able to use SCBA equipment and participate as a member of the Plant Hazmat Team.
•Pass a Level 4 pulmonary function test and physical, be clean shaven for proper SCBA fit, and be recertified each year.
