Job Summary

Staff-level product leader responsible for the Checkout experience, owning strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery. Will partner with engineering, design, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to optimize conversion, revenue, and customer trust across a high-volume, fintech-enabled payments surface.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the long-term vision and strategy for Checkout and translate it into a defendable roadmap for Exco and customers.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, defining discovery, specs, experimentation, and launch quality that the product team follows.
•Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ship quickly, instrument impact, and iterate using AI to compress the idea-to-prototype loop.
•Own KPIs for Checkout (conversion, authorisation rates, revenue impact, NPS) and weave them into the business narrative; run data-informed recommendations.
•Align senior stakeholders (Exco, Sales leadership, key customers) around the Checkout strategy and communicate clearly with written narratives.
