Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the long-term vision and strategy for Checkout and translate it into a defendable roadmap for Exco and customers.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, defining discovery, specs, experimentation, and launch quality that the product team follows.
  • •Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ship quickly, instrument impact, and iterate using AI to compress the idea-to-prototype loop.
  • •Own KPIs for Checkout (conversion, authorisation rates, revenue impact, NPS) and weave them into the business narrative; run data-informed recommendations.
  • •Align senior stakeholders (Exco, Sales leadership, key customers) around the Checkout strategy and communicate clearly with written narratives.
