Job Summary

Analyze, design, test, develop, and maintain software experiences while coaching teams to adopt DevOps practices. •Act as a change agent by setting the vision, removing impediments, and providing thought leadership for DevOps success.
•Mentor sprint team individuals and programs (including Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Technical Leads) to leverage DevOps principles.
•Design, develop, and facilitate training of DevOps practices for assigned teams; perform evaluations and process reviews.
•Drive culture change by aligning DevOps, Agile, and product mindset to keep teams focused on product goals.

Salary: USD 119,765 - 140,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Five to six years of relevant experience.
•Knowledge of CI/CD and one or more of: Java, Python, .NET, GoLang, JavaScript frameworks.

•Strong experience teaching/coaching individuals and teams on Agile, DevOps, and engineering best practices.
