Support the Building Automation CX team by delivering technical customer and partner trainings both remote and on-site. Create quarterly training calendars for your assigned region, participate in Train-the-Trainer programs, and keep participant training materials and contact data up to date in the MYHBU LMS. Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product development teams to ensure training needs are met, and maintain support and demo/test materials.
