Job Summary

Sales Engineer at HP|Poly partnering with account management to pre-sell HP|Poly collaboration solutions. You’ll translate customer needs into technical designs, deliver demonstrations, build proposals, and lead end-to-end solutions using APIs. Must stay current on industry standards, competitors, and trends in collaboration tech. Travel up to 50% and require strong English/Spanish communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute account strategy with HP|Poly sales team.
•Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for all HP|Poly products and related technologies.
•Maintain a current expert knowledge of all HP|Poly products and services.
•Maintain knowledge of competitors’ products and services and of emerging trends in the collaboration industry.
•Create sales proposals and quotations; develop and deliver sales presentations with the sales team.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technology-driven environment in a role providing analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills and in a strategic technical sales role.
•Demonstrated ability in public speaking and presentation, with experience presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
•Experience discussing collaboration technologies, unified communications, and real-time applications over IP.
•Fluency in English and Spanish.
•Knowledge of IP, switching and routing protocols, QoS, Security, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom.
