Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical point of contact for assigned parts/assemblies, solving emergent supplier challenges and mitigating manifest risk through manufacturing and quality issue resolution.
  • •Own new product introduction by identifying/reviewing suppliers and establishing reliable ramp-to-rate processes for new parts, design changes, or resourcing.
  • •Collaborate with design, R&D, commercial supply chain, hardware reliability, and production teams to manage the product portfolio effectively.
  • •Analyze production and process data to drive technical product improvements and engineering drawing updates, improving manufacturability, lead times, and cost.
  • •Lead root-cause failure analysis and corrective actions for quality gaps, escapes, or containments, including containment activities and issue ticket disposition as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
  • •Electronics manufacturing experience, preferably with PCBs, engineering laminates, electrochemical processes, PCBAs, and/or EEE components.
  • •Working knowledge of PCBA processing such as pick and place machines, reflow ovens, wave/selective soldering, x-ray and AOI, and depanelization equipment.
  • •In-depth knowledge of industry specifications and requirements (e.g., IPC-2221, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610).
