Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the delivery of project management services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking to support decision-making.
  • •Establish and maintain project documentation and reporting systems, including updating detailed plans and schedules.
  • •Track project progress and performance indicators; manage change control and maintain change logs; draft formal progress reports and presentations.
  • •Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders; attend project meetings and produce timely meeting minutes; support internal/external communication flow.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • •3+ years of experience in construction, design, or PCM (Project Construction Management) with a focus on technical interpretation and translation.
  • •Proven ability to interpret and translate technical documents between Korean and Chinese in a construction/engineering context.
  • •Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • •Fluency in Chinese and Korean (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
