Manage a DashMart distribution center (5–15k sq ft) and the local warehouse operating team, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high customer quality. Recruit, coach, and retain Shift Leads and Operations Associates while owning day-to-day scheduling and labor budget management. Use data to find inefficiencies and drive process improvement projects that hit site-level metrics. Lead cross-functional work with inventory and training teams to improve customer experience and employee outcomes.
