Job Summary

Advise and support healthcare professionals across hospitals in the EMEA region by delivering technical and scientific presentations and educating physicians and medical teams on temperature management therapies. Build and maintain customer relationships, promote ZOLL Temperature Management Solutions, and coordinate trainings, workshops, and site meetings. Partner with the area/sales manager and internal teams to support commercial development and handle customer complaint management aligned to ZOLL guidelines.

Location: Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Amman, Spain, Barcelona, Madrid, Greece, Italy, Jordan

Workplace: Remote

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Give technical and scientific presentations based on current study knowledge.
•Provide IVTM and surface temperature management therapy education to physicians and medical personnel, supporting site meetings.
•Organize roundtable discussions and workshops and participate in internal/external training courses and meetings.
•Identify, build, and maintain customer relationships in the sales region and promote temperature management products.
•Support customers with complaint management in line with ZOLL guidelines and collaborate with the area/sales manager and other departments.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Complete training for DGKS/P (preferably with ICU experience).
•2+ years of clinical or sales experience.
•Experience with resuscitation or post-cardiac arrest, neurology, and fever management (TTM).
•Experience as a medical device representative.
•Fluency in English (Arabic or French advantageous) and ability to teach/educate medical personnel.
