Key Responsibilities

  • •Pre-plan and produce shoots, including resolving shoot list issues and flagged reshoots.
  • •Lead morning shoot briefings, ensure shoot guides are followed, and provide timely clarity to shoot teams.
  • •Quality-check images to ensure alignment with shoot guides and aim to complete to 'Ready for Live' during the day.
  • •Own the US stock image transfer process and upload supplier imagery when required.
  • •Manage daily retail email queries and oversee the alt image request log to support efficient production.
