Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver production-grade AI agents and ship highly performant, reliable systems in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
•Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments.
•Collaborate with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents across their operations to drive scale and efficiency.
•Shape Sierra’s core platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping new tools, and coordinating with research, product, and platform teams.
•Build and evolve tools and frameworks for agent development, contributing to best practices and standards within the ADLC.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 180,000 - 390,000 annually
