Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure smooth launch of programs and Retail Brand (RB) initiatives for local supply.
  • •Identify feasible, cost-effective product development methodologies and deliver timely estimates based on production capability.
  • •Accelerate development using the ELS approach and drive product re-engineering to maintain competitive advantage.
  • •Manage sample/proof/manual/catalog readiness for manufacturing and uphold 5S standards for sample storage and document preservation.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders to resolve critical issues, provide technical resource support, and deliver training to CS, Sales, Operations, and vendors as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BBA) / Master’s degree (MBA) in any discipline or a BSc in Textile Engineering or another engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum of four years of experience.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective public relations (PR) abilities.
  • •Ability to perform under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • •Working knowledge of the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry and Avery Dennison.
