Key Responsibilities

•Manage all aspects of event production for assigned projects, including pre-production logistics, vendor selection and hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
•Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
•Assess and manage budgets in collaboration with Associate Producers and Project Managers.
•Support development of new events and production formats, staying current on emerging technologies and solutions.
•Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoicing, and contracts support.

Key Requirements

•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams at the same time.
•Hands-on, solution-focused mindset with creative problem-solving.
