  • •Define and embed product management and delivery standards to enable consistent, high-quality execution across teams.
  • •Lead Enterprise Jira Cloud adoption and evolution for demand management, prioritization, portfolio planning, roadmap visibility, and delivery tracking.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing Product Office team across governance, portfolio management, delivery excellence, and strategic communications.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in product management, product operations, enterprise portfolio management, technology transformation, management consulting, or related disciplines.
  • •Demonstrated expertise with Enterprise Jira Cloud for demand management, portfolio planning, roadmaps, prioritization, governance, and delivery.
  • •Significant experience designing or leading agile portfolio management and product operating models in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Proven track record establishing scalable product governance, prioritization, roadmap, and change management practices with measurable outcomes.
  • •Experience leading enterprise-scale process, technology, or operating model transformations, including leading and developing high-performing teams.
