•Attend client meetings to understand requirements and provide technical solutions for life products in policy administration systems
•Build Life Product features on the Vantage policy administration system
•Create plans from scratch using Product Wizard, including migrations and conversions
•Define, document, and analyze customer requirements, business processes, and procedures; prepare technical specification documents
•Lead technical guidance, perform code/design reviews, support testing (SIT/UAT), and handle production rollouts
