Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, coach, develop, and motivate the branch team to deliver excellent client service and execute the Branch Playbook to achieve branch goals.
  • •Lead branch sales performance by growing the business through retention, expansion, and acquisition, including outside calling to small business clients and using centers of influence.
  • •Manage branch operations, staffing, and scheduling for direct reports, including recruiting/identifying talent, interviewing, onboarding, and training.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, security, and internal control procedures, including timely completion of branch operational tasks.
  • •Provide disciplined coaching and performance management using observational coaching, joint sales calls, and training tools.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •3+ years of sales experience with demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team (required).
  • •3+ years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
  • •General understanding of financial statements and concepts, including consumer credit (loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports) (required).
  • •Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) and strong public speaking/communication skills (required).
