Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure day-to-day quality service delivery by defining, tracking, and achieving service KPI/SLA targets.
  • •Provide expert support for Linux OS/Windows and infrastructure customer issues, including proactive alert analysis to maintain system stability.
  • •Diagnose and resolve architectural/design issues in existing Pacemaker setups and develop automation to improve reliability for business-critical systems.
  • •Implement and manage high-availability clustering solutions using Pacemaker, including participation in major incident handling and troubleshooting service request failures and downtime extensions.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by performing root-cause analysis, defining corrective action plans, coordinating across teams, and streamlining standard operating procedures through automation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT Management.
  • •Advanced Linux administration experience (Redhat/SuSe) with strong troubleshooting for complex issues.
  • •Expertise in high-availability clustering solutions, especially Pacemaker, including Linux HA cluster operations.
  • •Hands-on experience administering public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • •Scripting and automation experience (e.g., Shell/Perl/Python/Go; Ansible/Chef) plus knowledge of networking, security hardening, and problem management/root-cause analysis.
