Job Summary

Manage client relationships for HSBC’s highest value Wealth clients in a client-facing Wealth Hub role. Assist the Wealth Sales team with sustaining profitable portfolios, supporting Premier/Wealth/Assets sales and service goals, and delivering exceptional personalized service. Explain products and risk assessment, help acquire new clients via referrals/leads, cross-sell financial products, prepare documentation, support compliance/audit and CARE standards, and contribute to reporting and data clean-up for hub target execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Wealth Sales team in sustaining and maintaining profitable Wealth client relationships within a specific Wealth Hub.
•Support achievement of Premier/Wealth/Assets sales and service goals, including contributing to hub targets and revenue objectives.
•Proactively explain products and perform risk assessment support to aid client purchases; cross-sell financial products to improve penetration rates.
•Provide excellent account handling and administrative support, ensuring client transactions meet compliance/audit, sales quality, and CARE standards.
•Support hub tactics by generating MI reports, leading data clean-up tasks, handling difficult client situations, and assisting with Wealth hub events.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Strong customer service experience.
•Strong communication and organizational skills.
•Ability to quickly learn and understand business banking client segments, products, and services.
•Ability to communicate well in English and local languages, and attain internal accreditation as required locally.
