Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate turnover execution planning aligned with project milestones and ADNOC specifications.
  • •Track and monitor mechanical completion activities; ensure MC dossiers are compiled, reviewed, and approved.
  • •Maintain and update completion management systems (e.g., WinPCS/ICAPS) for accurate status tracking and reporting.
  • •Coordinate punch list identification, categorization (A/B/C), and close-out with construction and QC teams.
  • •Ensure turnover dossiers (test packs, inspection records, certificates) are complete, and support handover readiness for commissioning while complying with ADNOC HSE and QA/QC requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related).
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas EPC/EPCM projects.
  • •At least 5 years in turnover, completions, or commissioning roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with Mechanical Completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning processes; completion management systems (WinPCS, ICAPS, or equivalent).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools; fluency in English (written and spoken).
