Key Responsibilities

  • •Triage: review and resolve escalated support tickets (invoicing discrepancies, collections, taxation inquiries) and act as second line for customer bug reports and first line for internal stakeholders.
  • •Automate: develop tooling to automate billing and customer management platform to reduce costs and time-to-resolution.
  • •Operational ownership: manage core billing platform operations including credits, discounts, promotions, tax regions, vendor ledgers, refunds/write-offs, and month-close reporting.
  • •Development: design and maintain automation tooling to improve internal billing and customer management processes.
  • •DevOps: collaborate with architecture and cloud operations to ensure platform stability and operational excellence.
