Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring, supporting the Captain by monitoring flight progress, system efficiency, and other cockpit crew performance.
  • •Fly assigned aircraft when required or instructed, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort.
  • •Conduct flights in accordance with the Operations Manual and regulations, ensuring safe and smooth operation.
  • •Coordinate with the Captain and Dispatch Team prior to each flight, including crew readiness and key operational details.
  • •Perform required checks, record and document flight data (e.g., log books, flight plan data), and apply emergency procedures when instructed.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an appropriate ATPL License, or CPL License with Frozen ATPL.
  • •Pass the technical/psychometric assessment for Second Officer (Co-Pilots) per the airline and civil aviation authority standards.
  • •Pass the Medical Fitness check-up for Second Officer (Co-Pilots) per the airline and civil aviation authority standards.
  • •Complete training in safety and emergency response; formal qualification is an advantage.
  • •Have at least 1500 hours of flying experience; Airbus A320 is preferred, with low-cost airline experience highly desirable.
