Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze model training goals and investigate user behavior and “Bad Cases” to identify weaknesses and propose data-driven improvements.
  • •Assist with data strategy and sourcing, including defining data construction strategies and tracking market trends to keep datasets competitive.
  • •Manage progress with global data labeling vendors by defining task specs, monitoring throughput, and ensuring high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.
  • •Leverage LLMs to build automated data production and quality check (QC) systems, scaling data output without sacrificing quality.
  • •Collaborate cross-border by coordinating with a CN-based research team and overseas vendors to align on data standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • •Proficient in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and automation, including prompt engineering for LLMs to generate/evaluate synthetic data.
  • •Solid understanding of LLM/VLM architectures and staying current with research papers and product releases.
  • •Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn vague model errors into concrete data requirements.
  • •Fluent in English and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency is required for reviewing technical documents.
