Job Summary

Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle to deliver building materials to commercial and residential job sites. Inspect and prepare the truck/trailer for safe operation, load and unload materials, and maintain required records in line with state and federal regulations. Report accidents, lift heavy materials, and meet deadlines while providing excellent customer service and professional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect truck/trailer for defects and operate safely in compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
•Load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at assigned commercial and residential job sites.
•Deliver materials as directed by customers while prioritizing personal and public safety.
•Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
•Report all accidents involving driver or company equipment and assist with team deliveries.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).

•Clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
•Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations and ability to lift heavy building materials for loading/unloading.
