Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management on large-scale data center construction projects.
  • •Deliver estimating and cost planning across the project lifecycle.
  • •Review, negotiate, and manage change orders and change control processes aligned to scope and budget.
  • •Reconcile cost data and ensure accuracy in contractor reporting, including cost checks, valuations, and final account settlements.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7+ years of relevant construction cost management experience in a construction consultancy or similar role.

  • •Strong understanding of procurement strategies, value management, and cost control.
  • •RICS accreditation or working toward it is preferred.
