•Lead and coordinate the customer specification review process regionally with plant and country participants.
•Partner with colleagues to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
•Review customer quality agreements with the appropriate plant and edit agreements to meet Ingredion quality requirements.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, plant quality, and sales to complete agreements and specification reviews.
•Maintain organized records of completed customer specifications and quality agreements in shared locations for retrieval by quality and global document teams.
