Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure audio-visual (AV) systems in conference rooms and shared office spaces function reliably so team members can collaborate across offices.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve in-office hardware and tech issues for printers, monitors, keyboards, and other desk peripherals to minimize downtime.
  • •Track and manage on-premise IT and AV inventory, including Google Meet hardware and Apple laptops.
  • •Assist with non-office and remote technical support requests when time permits to provide consistent support across working environments.
  • •Support administration and configuration activities for cloud identity and workplace platforms as part of the site support function.

Salary: USD 118,800 - 140,400 annually
