Senior Professional Nurse - Surgical

Support the Unit Manager to ensure a safe, positive patient experience by mitigating clinical risks and coordinating care delivery. Provide direct patient care and mentor new and student nurses in the unit. Own key quality responsibilities including meeting clinical standards, managing the client experience, optimizing staffing resources, developing staff competence, and assisting with operational expense management (including stock and capital).
