Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategic plan for outsourced Care activities globally, coordinating with Care’s strategic plan and cost‑to‑serve reductions
  • •Define and maintain the Outsourcing Area roadmap, and be accountable for external partner performance (member satisfaction, productivity, SLA adherence)
  • •Lead the Outsourcing Area, including coaching and growing team scope and impact
  • •Lead RFP processes for outsourcing vendors, including scope, criteria, comparisons, recommendations, and contract negotiation
  • •Manage external costs for Care outsourcing, monitor unit economics, and drive cost-per-ticket reductions without degrading user experience

Key Requirements

  • •Strong written and verbal communication in English and French; ability to adapt messages to frontline teams and C-level/external partners
  • •Demonstrated project management experience; ability to drive multiple complex initiatives in parallel with clear milestones
  • •Proven experience in leading relationships with external partners (BPOs, vendors, or similar) including setting expectations and negotiating
  • •Strategic thinking to translate roadmap and priorities into an outsourcing strategy
  • •Experience leading teams or areas; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives
